Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM. Self check in with a smart lock and a personal code sent before arrival, so you can arrive straight from a shift.
Yes. The day before arrival we place a refundable $300 hold on the card you booked with. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released automatically 2 days after check out if everything is in order.
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check in. Between 7 and 13 days before, you get 50% of the nightly rate back plus the cleaning fee. Within 7 days, the cleaning fee is refunded but the nightly rate is not. If a mandatory hurricane evacuation covers your dates, you get a full refund for those nights. Full details.
No parties or events. No smoking or vaping. No pets (service animals only). Maximum 5 guests overnight. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The person booking must be at least 25. See all house rules.
The community is brand new and still being built, so there are two outdoor cameras: one on the garage at the front and one on the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home, and none point into a window.
Yes, and it only takes a click. Before you book, you check a box confirming you have read and agree to our House Rules and Rental Terms. That acceptance, with the date and time, is saved with your booking and counts as your rental agreement. We may also ask for a photo ID before arrival.
